West Education Australia (WEA)

West Education Australia (WEA) is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that delivers or assesses Nationally Recognised Qualifications. West Education Australia assists prospects, clients, and customers in recognizing their skills and converting those skills into qualifications through partnerships with RTOs.

Consent

By accessing and/or using our Site, you agree to these terms of use. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and immediately cease using our Site if you do not agree to them.

Candidate Declaration

I declare that the information provided is true and correct. I understand that providing false information may result in the cancellation of the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. I give consent for West Education Australia to collect, use, and disclose personal information as required. I confirm that the process has been explained to me, and I understand my rights and obligations during and after the RPL process. I acknowledge that West Education Australia is not an RTO and cannot issue Nationally Recognised Qualifications.

Privacy Declaration

The information collected is solely for the purpose of facilitating the RPL process and will not be shared without consent. Partner RTOs may access this information for administrative purposes only.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Full payment of fees is required to initiate the RPL application process.
  • Deposits are accepted but do not guarantee initiation of the process.
  • Refunds are available within a 10-day cooling-off period or if the applicant is deemed ineligible by the RTO.
  • Fees are non-refundable after the cooling-off period or if documentation is not provided within three months.
  • Refunds will be processed within 20 calendar days of receiving a written request.
