Description
Overview:
This qualification reflects the role of professionals in a range of education settings, including public and independent schools and community education. It trains individuals to provide assistance and support to teachers and students under broad-based supervision. Some job roles may require tasks to be performed with a moderate level of autonomy and/or the provision of supervision or leadership to other staff or volunteers.
Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. However, students are required to undertake a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment and a Pre-Training Review. This process helps determine the candidate’s suitability for the course and identifies any support required. Additionally, a Working with Children Check is required before undertaking work placement.
