Overview:
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of business services job roles. These individuals may have frontline management responsibilities and apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems. They analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources and may provide leadership and guidance to others, taking responsibility for the output of others. They use initiative and judgment to complete tasks and take responsibility for their own outputs. They may also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the work of others across a range of operational areas.
Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, students are expected to have basic literacy and numeracy skills. Some training providers may require students to undertake a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment to determine their readiness for the course.
The BSB50120 Diploma of Business requires the successful completion of 12 units, comprising 6 core units and 6 elective units.
