Overview:
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of business services job roles. These individuals may have supervisory performance accountabilities. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others and have some responsibility for the output of others. They use initiative and judgment to complete tasks and take responsibility for their own outputs. They may also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the work of others across a range of operational areas.
Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, students are expected to have basic literacy and numeracy skills. Some training providers may require students to undertake a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment to determine their readiness for the course.
